{All dishes are Vegan.  Raw and Gluten Free options are noted.}
 
Hors D’Oeuvres:
Fiesta Kale Chips (Raw, Gluten Free)
Fresh spicy kale chips made with spicy sunflower seed seasoning
 
Fruit and Cashew Cheese Platter (Raw option, Gluten Free option)
Seasonal fruits served with fresh herb cashew cheese with your choice of whole grain crackers, Gluten Free brown rice crackers, or handcrafted Raw crackers
 
Edemame
Whole shell soybeans served cold and sprinkled with sesame oil, orange zest, and healing Himalayan salt
 
 
Salads:
Tu-No Salad (Gluten Free)
Tempeh chickpea salad, sliced tomato, sunflower seeds and red onion served with brown rice crackers

Super Green Salad (Raw, Gluten Free)
Mixed greens, micro greens, carrots, mint leaves and shredded kale with a light orange dressing topped with raw nuts

Soups:
Gazpacho (Raw, Gluten Free)
Chilled soup made with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, and herbs served with corn chips and cilantro

Sweet Potato Lentil Chili (Gluten Free)
Warm chili with chunks of sweet potato and lentils.  Can be served with conventional pumpkin cornbread or Gluten Free cornbread

Black Bean Tortilla Soup (Gluten Free)
Mildly spiced black bean soup served with lime wedges and our homemade corn tortillas

 

Entrees:

Tempeh Asada Tacos with Raw Beet Jicama Slaw (Gluten Free option)
Crumbled citrus-marinated tempeh with fresh guacamole and jicama slaw on your choice of lettuce wraps or whole wheat tortillas.  Served with pico de gallo, cilantro-lime brown rice and black beans.

Tacos de Papas (Gluten Free)
Seasoned potato tacos served on stone ground corn tortillas, topped with lettuce, tomato and lime avocado crema. Served with pico de gallo, cilantro-lime brown rice and black beans. 

Veggie Burger Sliders
Mini sun dried tomato and flaked almond veggie patties on slider buns served with organic ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices

Pizzas (can be served on a fresh Gluten Free crust for an additional cost):

Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Seasonal root vegetables with dairy free mozzarella and marinara on a whole wheat or gluten free crust

Tempeh Bacon Pizza
Tempeh bacon, portabello mushroom, dairy free  mozzarella and fresh marinara sauce
on a whole wheat or gluten free crust

 

Breakfast Options:

Tofu Scramble (Gluten Free)
Crumbled sprouted tofu sauteed with spinach, mushrooms, and zucchini served with warm homemade corn tortillas and pico de gallo

Apple Oat Pancakes (Gluten Free)
Cardamom-spiced oat flour pancakes served with warm cinnamon apples and maple syrup

Kids Menu (5 person minimum, includes a side of Sweet Potato Tots):

Mac & “Cheese” (Gluten Free)
Quinoa pasta shells with a hearty butternut squash cheese sauce and organic peas

Quinoa Nuggets
Organic broccoli, dairy free cheese, and quinoa blended together and breaded to make the perfect meal for small hands- served with organic ketchup

 

Desserts (included at an additional cost):

-Lemon macadamia nut cupcakes with raspberry filling and  whipped “butter”cream frosting (can be nut-free if desired)

-Gluten Free chocolate cupcakes with whipped peanut butter center and chocolate peanut ganache

-Gluten Free chocolate chip oat cookies (contain nuts)
