Holiday Menu

Our Holiday Menu will be available October 1, 2013 – January 2, 2014.  We are happy to provide you with great tasting, nutritionally dense meals for your family gatherings and events.  Please consider that we deliver the day before Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and all of our meals can be kept cold and reheated in the oven for your Holiday meal.

For our Holiday Menu, each dish serves 5-6 people.  Each meal offers one Entree, two Sides, one Salad or Soup, and one Dessert.  Additional Desserts and Sides can be added at an additional cost.  We also sell our pies individually.


Savory Chickpea Tarte (Gluten Free option)
Creamy blend of chickpeas, vegetables, herbs, and roasted nuts baked in your choice of an organic whole wheat or Gluten Free crust

Butternut Squash & Kale Mac and “Cheese” (Gluten Free)
Quinoa pasta shells in a creamy roasted butternut squash sauce with torn tuscan kale

Lentil & Cranberry Nut Loaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy
Savory mix of vegetables and lentils with nuts and cranberries


Maple Coconut Sweet Potato Casserole
One of our Holiday Favorites.  Creamy roasted sweet potatoes whipped with coconut oil and maple syrup, topped with a crunchy brown sugar pecan crust

Ginger-Citrus Cranberry Sauce (Gluten Free)
Traditional cranberry sauce with hints of ginger, orange, and lime

Apple Infused Rosemary & Sage Mashed Potatoes (Gluten Free)
Smooth blend of earthy red potatoes and sweet apples with fresh herbs and a hint of roasted garlic

Portobello Mushroom Gravy
Fresh, creamy gravy made with Portobello mushrooms, savory herbs, and garlic

Creamed Corn and Spinach (Gluten Free)
Fresh organic corn and spinach in a sweet cashew cream sauce


Pear and Spinach Salad (Gluten Free)
Blend of spinach and radicchio with candied almonds, fresh pears, and a balsamic vinaigrette

Super Green Salad (Raw, Gluten Free)
Mixed greens, micro greens, carrots, mint leaves and shredded kale with a light orange dressing topped with raw nuts.


Creamy Pumpkin Soup with Crispy Sage
Sweet roasted pumpkin is blended with cashew cream and a holiday blend of seasonings and topped with crispy sage and roasted salty pepitas

Sweet Potato Lentil Chili (Gluten Free)
Mildly spicy and sweet stew featuring chunks of sweet potato, seasonal veggies, and lentils


Pumpkin Pie (Gluten Free option)
Sweet sugar pie pumpkin blended with coconut oil, brown sugar, and spices, set in your choice of an organic whole wheat or Gluten Free crust, topped with whipped coconut cream

Pecan Pie Ice Cream (Gluten Free)
Creamy coconut milk based ice cream featuring a caramel swirl and chunks of roasted pecans

Dutch Apple Pie (Gluten Free option)
Warm, cinnamon spiced apples baked in a flakey organic whole wheat crust or Gluten Free crust with a crunchy brown sugar and oat topping  and whipped coconut cream
